Scheduled IT Asset Collection & Tracking

For every scheduled collection, NEON MARKETING LIMITED assigns a unique job code at the time of booking. On your chosen date and time, our tracked vehicle and trained driver will arrive at your premises to collect all hardware designated for recycling.

The driver will count all items and record them on a Waste Transfer & Duty of Care note, which is handed to you. This document also includes instructions for accessing your Asset Report and Certificates of Data Destruction through our secure Client Portal.

Secure Facility Handling

Once your equipment arrives at our facility, it is placed in quarantine and assigned to a dedicated technician. Each device is carefully logged, including make, model, and serial numbers for PCs, laptops, servers, hard drives, and SSDs, all tied to the unique job code.

Certified Data Destruction

Devices are then processed in our secure Data Destruction area, accessible only to authorised personnel. All items are destroyed in line with HMG IS5-approved standards.

After completion, serial-number-specific certificates of destruction are generated for each hard drive and SSD. These certificates are embedded directly into your Asset Report for easy reference and record-keeping.

Detailed Asset Reporting

For every collection, NEON MARKETING LIMITED produces a comprehensive Asset Report, accessible via the Client Portal. The report documents:
